I don’t think I am doing anything this afternoon, but have 6:30 dinner plans tonight. I could check with my son when he wakes up. Maybe we could bomb over to Milwaukee?

Tomorrow is lawn and boat.

Unknown Monday plans.

It was nice to meet you! Yeah, definitely more cars next time!

Although stumbling upon Kearns was a cool way to spend the afternoon. It's something else being around cars where trading in our three M's would only be a decent down payment.

And great pictures! Mind if I post one in the DG thread?

Where did you all meet up? I am busy the whole extended weekend.
Next time I can be the fourth car!

Johnson Creek.

As to next time, I will defer to MMM.PWR as the official leader of this ragtag bunch.

My CA knows someone with a G80 in Milwaukee and he's gonna put us in touch. So I might be able to wrangle another G80.

And I think there are at least three other G80's (DG, BSM, and IOMG) in Madison, some who are active in this thread.

Would it be best to have like a "scheduled" meet every now and then? Wisconsin being a less populated state means we are all spread out across different cities. But I don't mind driving - gives me an excuse to drive the car. Maybe we can do Madison one time, Milwaukee the next, and so on. We could also open this up as an "M" meet instead of just G8Xs.

I think next time we should meet up for lunch, go for a drive, and end with a photoshoot somewhere.

We are up to drive as long as we are free.

Are there any decent roads for a fun drive in the triangle between Madison, Milwaukee, and Fond du Lac?

If we can find a good view and decent restaurant all the better!

And I just ordered the cargo net. I'm going to stop myself there for now.... LOL

This route was suggested to me before, I haven't checked it out yet. But I bet it would be worth a shot. Glad you found the net!

What’s up guys! So I’m in the Milwaukee area, Elm Grove to be more specific and have a 22 G80 comp x. Would love to hook up. I’ve only seen 1 other g80 on the road around here. I have a few mods, nothing crazy. AA single mid pipe really brought the exhaust to life, and lowered on AST springs with a complete flush kit (spacers). The reason I mention is because I love to see and hear things in person before I purchase and never had the chance this time around. Maybe someone in this thread could benefit from that. Hit me up!!

I'd love to join for the next one. Madison, Milwaukee or somewhere in between is fine with me. I'll finally be getting my M back from minor repairs (parts took forever) at the end of this month.

The downside to these meets is going home and buying accessories that you see.

MMM.PWR -- I just got the cargo net and love it. I am trying to talk my son off the ledge of the CF side markers.

Won't be able to make cars and coffee this weekend. I can meet up in a couple weeks though.

To this day, those side breathers are the least bang for your buck mod I have done to my car.
Cargo net is a must!

It was like taking delivery of a new car a second time. Very happy to have it back car drives like new , no problems whatsoever. Taking it in for 1200 mile service and to put on winter set up tmrw. Let me know if you guys want to meet up some weekend, I’d be down. This weekend looks like winter weather is finally arriving though!

Always down for meeting up. Crazy how you still haven't done your first service but it makes sense. I'll be out of town after this week and will return towards the end of Nov. But we should do a winter get together. I'll be taking off the summers when I return.

I could do something probably wed or thurs.

I just got my car back after waiting on parts for nearly 4 months as well. Sounds like we finally need to plan a get together soon! Hopefully before the weather gets bad, because I'll be putting mine away for most of winter.

Congrats man. Do you have a winter setup?

Those look great. Love that classic style.

I will be back end of Nov if we can plan a meet around then? I'll be switching tires (and wheels) when I get back.

Took out the car for an errand as I don't drive enough. Spotted this car, no idea who it is. They didn't look over so probably not an enthusiast.
