Did you ever doubt that they wouldn't have a stellar margin on it? Why does this color would cost them more than IOMG or TR or which ever color?

This color is awesome!

I finally got to see the G80 in person today it's different. Going to take some getting used to. The drive is absolutely bonkers. The green is a lot lighter than i expected it to be. Brooklyn Grey is awesome. Here's my M340 next to the Green[IMG][/IMG]

I have Brooklyn Gray on its way. Curious, what about it makes it so awesome in your mind?

I am so anxious to see it in real life, I have never had such a hard time picking a car color until this car 🤯

I saw the green, yellow, and Brooklyn Grey. Brooklyn Grey to me just fits the car a lot better. The drive is absolutely insane tho. You're going to the love the car. It makes some of the craziest sounds from the turbos. Exhaust note is nice. you'll like it. i think one must have package is the carbon. I didn't like the black all around the car

I've been in manufacturing my entire adult life. It is a logistical nightmare to deal with special orders. It costs them a lot more because they lose production time because they have to all be scheduled to go to a separate paint shop. Given everything I know about large-scale manufacturing in general, having run numerous factories, I'm guessing the $5k covers twice the cost.

Uhhhh...hard pass on that purple.

IOM Green & Tanzanite seem to look the best. This car is begging for a Tan interior option

Do they really go for a separate paint job? Can't they integrate this in the same line of production these days?

As it's been explained to me (others know far more than I do), yes they go to an individual color paint shop.
