Not sure is this was discussed but couldn’t find it, does the CS suspension sit lower than non CS G80? I know the suspension is different but wasn’t sure if it had different springs. I believe the CSl was a bit lower, curious if the CS also is lower like the CSL. Visually it does seem to be a bit lower.

If I remember right, it sits 8 or 10 mm lower, and has different springs.
Then again, checking the specs sheets, Cx lists with 0.1” lower height and same ground clearance. So, I guess I am wrong.

I’ve been wondering the same - anyone? |

Completely random question.... but did anyone ever cross shop a CS with,
A new Z06 or Tesla Model S Plaid (with track pack)? I owned a G80 xDrive Comp, sold it, have my name in on an incoming CS. I am curious if it's going to be THAT BIG of a change? Has anyone here owned both? I have always traded in and out of cars until Covid hit - I've owned several C6, C7, Audi's, Merc's, old and new Camaros, built s2000s, Supras, amd one SICK 'copper brown '86 Accord with red velvet interior.... ironically, never any P cars. I realize the z06 won't have room in the back for kiddos, but not necessary as we have an SUV.... I realize the Plaid is a big girl and handling isn't on par - even though the 'Ring lap times were impressive. Also the Plaid interior is minimalistic. Just a curious! Thx everyone and keep those pics coming! Excited to see some at Amelia! |

Firstly, I could never pull the trigger on a regular M3, and my first choice BMW was the M4 CSL. I could not find one at a reasonable price, in the color I wanted (BSM) and without the racing seats. Then, I checked out the Z06, but I just did not like the car at all after the test drive. I did not like the interior ambiance, or seating position and I did not want a Chevy; the dealers were beyond rude, to say the least. Thirdly, I had an electric car, and enjoyed it tremendously, but our local tracks banned EVs, so I could not go to the track with it, which was the precursor for me looking for a new car. Lastly, I never considered a P-car, they are not worth the money they are asking for today. So, when I found a CS in the exact spec I would want, I just jumped on it
