I have to wait regardless because I want the all wheel drive model so everything should fall into place perfectly.

Next thing I need to get info on is how most of you long time bimmer guys get all of those lovely discounts lol...😎

tough to get discounts when the first wave of units come out. that's well known. Usually BMW knows demand will be high so dealers take advantage of that. one of the biggest factor on pricing besides demand will be allocations. If dealers are only getting 1 a month then prices will go up. But as the initial wave runs out is when you see discounts

I was surprised to see AWD production is not until July 2021...that's disappointing. Silver lining it is a 2022 though..

I'm confused about how the G8x is getting released. So it's 6MT Stock and RWD ZF Competition at first release, and then the MxDrive won't be equipped on ZF Competition models until July 2021?

Sure is. All you need is a SP yellow M4 and a IoM green M3 in your garage and there go your colors.
Spent 3 months in SP about 10 years ago on an STA.
