If it is being built in September, then you should be able to get a build week from your dealership now BMW assigns build weeks the month before. I have no idea how my build week 39 (end of September) got flipped back to the August production slot my dealership originally offered me (including the delay due to Individual paint), but I'm certainly not going to complain even if it is stuck in status 150 for a few weeks

If all goes well, I might even get delivery in September. Dare to dream.

week 36 build sept5-11 nice build !! there might be delays of it leaving Bremerhaven with chip issues

Your sales advisor will have the info for build week, as long as you have an allocation.

Just got off phone with my dealer. Order is submitted and have a production number but could not get the color wanted but got my second choice.

I wanted Frozen Portimao but as per Bmw system, the frozen colors are not available even though configuration sheet shows it.

Your dealer could have sold their first few allocations already. I paid my deposit September 2020, and got my allocation (production number) on June 18, 2021. One more wave of allocations came after that and you may just on the list waiting for the next wave.

Nice! Somehow they squeezed you in before the factory closure in August. You can get order updates from your SA or call BMW Canada to see when it went on a boat and then get a better estimate.
