Are you RWD or X Drive?

I have seen a lot of people running the 275 and 295 RWD with no issues.

XDrive. I think the ratio matters with XDrive not RWD but I could be wrong.

Rehashing this thread because I'm thinking of going with more wheels later this year. 285/295 20 inch combo. I have 15mm spacers and want the same look but if I'm increasing width, should I order a wheel with et 8 offset to adjust for a wider tire?

20" x 10" with ET12; Michelin PS4 285/30/20
21" x 11" with ET14; Michelin PS4 295/25/21

This tire ratio gives me OEM ratio. Was thinking going 285/30/20 and 305/25/21 but that gives me ration of 1.1%. Don't want to push it

Currently on my stock wheel/tire setup I'm running 18mm spacer up front and 15mm in the rear. Slight rubbing in the front on full steer but I can tolerate that.
Did wheel come in yet? Was going to order similar setup but front was going to be ET11 and BC suggested I go ET12 instead up front.
Currently running 15mm spacers up front on AWD.

Know 1mm shouldn’t be big difference but acccording to this thread 20x10 ET11 would give me same look I have today.

Wondering if anyone had comment to why they suggested ET12 instead and if there are any benefits switching from ET11 to ET12 up front (tire: 285x30x20)

In rear will run 20x11 ET14 (295x25x21)

Here's what we've ran for a G8X

20x10 et12 285/30/20
20x11 et14 295/30/20

Personally, I think in this case for the G8X 1mm won't be much of a difference, so you should be good!

I am running Volks in custom offsets and went too conservative with my front sizes.

Currently running:
20x10 +8 front with 275/30/20
20x11 +12 rear with 295/30/20

I am going to go to 285/30/20 up front. I don’t rub on anything and I am lowered.

Yeah the 285 35r20 are really good with +11 offset and I wish I did +10. I had to modify my inner fender now and it rubbed so I cut a few of the fins. Only in reverse in some cases.
