Tire Pressure Reset

Had some cold air (SoFla cold- 50°) last week that deflected tires. I refilled and reset the TPM, but every time I get in the car now I get a warning, despite the monitors showing ok. Anyone else have this annoyance right now? Called my SA, but haven’t heard back yet.

Could be that you're tire pressure is set to high speed so 40+ psi, you need to set it to the lower speed.

I’ve double and triple checked the settings, and it’s all correct. I think it’s odd that the display shows the pressure is good (green tires) and yet the warning is still there.

Faulty tire pressure gauge.
Bought a new one at Autozone, all is well.

My “Amazon special - same day shipping” tire pressure monitor is bad. Consistently reading ~5+psi higher than reality. I was seeing 40psi but it was really like 32. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Shouldn't the dealership replace it under warranty?

It wasn’t the car, it was just the tire pressure gauge I bought from Amazon, not the TPMS sensor.
