My 850 just switched to a CLOSED Stop Sales Order!
Arrived in Hueneme VPC on 11/14 with Stop Order Stop Order Closed 12/10. Now it just has to get to my dealership....an hour away |

My car arrived on the night of 12/3 and just closed out the amp stop sale today. So about a one week turnaround. Should get it in AZ in the next few days accordingly to my CA.

Well it's definitely the most painful stage since there is nothing we can keep track of. I've tried to get info from genius and sales but none of them has useful info. Let's just keep each other updated. Good luck buddy

Yeah, Genius has proven to be quite useless. They can really only tell me the same thing MyGarage tells me, “At The Port”. My SA is just feeding me BS at this point too. Yup, will definitely keep you updated on any news I hear. Best of luck!

Congrats man I saw you in another thread. My SA said the VPC is sending out cleared cars daily. Most likely we are just waiting in line for trucks. It shouldn't take too long.

The Genius says it's on a truck due on the 30th. MyGarage and my SA say its still at the port and hasn't been picked up yet.
It's honestly more of the same, no way to get any information. How can the dealer not know where a car is using the VIN? How can the Genius not have a way to escalate to someone who can reach out to the VPC? I can see how reaching out to the factory could be an issue with timezones / language barrier / etc. but making a call to California to run a VIN is completely doable. |
