Oh of course it will go to collectors with that type of income. Iam at a loss as of why it's priced that high. If they made 5 , 50, 500 , it's on the g platform (correct me if iam wrong) they didn't have to build it from scratch. I would have guessed a 250 k price point from what I saw in those pics.

I don't dislike the car but I can see it for exactly what it is - a tarted up manual M4 CSL.

Each piece of hand laid carbon needs jigs, tooling, equipment… each modified part needs a mold configuration change, quality control process, quality control tooling, etc. There are some common parts shared but there are also quite a few unique and reconfigured parts as well. Injection molding tooling for just 50 cars (plus spare parts) will run into the hundreds of thousands. Suppliers will charge more for each piece price because of low volume etc etc. Don’t forget to add some $ in for profit. |
