Week 40 Builds...

Still 112. I have not contacted BMW though. Dealer said "scheduled for daily production". Interesting that he used the word "daily". Haven't heard that before.

No CF anywhere except the roof on my build.

I don't think that's correct. The M3s are in Munich and the M4s are in Dingolfing (as well as several other models). Plenty of posts out there talking about that. Also on their website https://www.bmwgroup-werke.com/dingolfing/en.html

BMW Genius confirmed that my build week as been pushed from 40 to 42. Best of luck to you guys on yours...I'm sure this will be worth the wait.

So if we are lucky, our build could start Thursday 30th September (4 days before Monday 4th October)

PS: I just checked BMW Genius again, still week 40 / 112 (I am checking twice a day now lol)

BMW weeks start on Sundays, and it seems like they are not on par with the actual week number of the year.
As I was told by a Genius, for manufacturing purposes week 40 starts 9/26 and ends 10/2.

So it looks like all the updates happen on the mybmw site every friday? Because the last change (scheduled for production) was also updated on a friday. And i check multiple times a day so i know i didn't miss it on a thursday etc.

Does this mean i got bumped up to a week 38/39? Instead of 40?

I mean i'll be happy with even 1 week faster than the original lol. Maybe my salesman was right after all when he said don't worry it's on track for me to get the car sometime in october.

Hang in there everyone. I know i haven't waited that long compare to others but it really feels like you hit a small lotto when you finally see some progress.

M3 and M4 are build at different plants that why they aren't interchangeable. only Awd and Rwd and interchangeable

Started week 34. Got 112 status on 7/18/21 and it hasn’t changed since. Was moved to week 37, then 38 and now 40. Still no change to 150 status and my garage seems to be down every time I’ve checked in the past 24 hours. Hopefully I entered 150 status but I doubt it. Hopefully I’ll see a change soon. Hopefully I will get this car by the end of October but thats now seeming unlikely. I ordered an M4C xdrive BG with KO exec, parking, and driving package, CF seats, cf exterior package, laser lights and driver professional.

Mine is down also. At least it’s not just me. I was week 40 and told this week I’m week 43 now. I’m not holding my breath.

Sometimes you have to refresh back and forth both the "my vehicles" and "track my bmw". It'll refresh and give you the info.

Trust me i log onto the site about 5 times a day, hoping it gets updated daily (but i think only on fridays?), and when i log in, everything is blank, meaning nothing is there. No build photo, no VIN, nothing. I scroll between my vehicles and it shows, then i scroll to track my bmw again, and it shows again.

Perhaps it does this when too many people are logging in at the same time? A lot of people are waiting after all
