Winter / Alternative Wheel & Tire Options?

I haven't seen a comprehensive thread yet on winter wheel AND tire options that will properly fit our cars (anticipated AWD G82 in my case).

Seeing as the AWDs will see delivery around Sept/Oct, I'll have to pick up a winter set almost immediately to be ready for weather here in the NE USA.

ShopBMWUSA doesn't have listings yet for the G82s, and TireRack doesn't have our fitments available yet either. Searching some typical aftermarket brands I'm not finding sets that quite match the fitment (especially the offset) these have. I don't really want to drop a lot of dimes on forged (e.g. BBS), I'll probably just go flow formed for my winters (e.g. ApEx, Enkei).

Are folks shopping for and finding wheel/tire combos that will fit either the stock 18"/19" or 19"/20" fitments? Can you post recommendations?

For reference from other threads, here are the sizes on the stock wheels others have cited:

Style 825M/826M
DecemberStorm
cb: 66.5mm
pcd: 5x112
Front: 19x9.5j ET20 275/35
rear: 20x10.5j ET20 285/30

(For the 825M Orbit Grey, Spec Sheets say 285/20 for the rears https://g80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1763294)

Style 824M
M3AWD
18"/19" M Double-spoke orbit grey wheels, style 824M, w/ perf non run-flat tires
Front: 18x9.5, 275/40R18
Rear: 19x10.5, 285/35R19

I assume the 824Ms have the same offset?

There are the winter wheels with 829M wheels especially for the G80/G82 : 19 inch front and rear axle with 275/35-19 on both axles.
In the following link you can see the wheels and also have a price indication (in Germany - German language) :

Did you order this through your local dealer? Did it include winter tires?

This would be a good route to having a set of 826Ms in addition to the 825Ms. I can't decide which style I like better. If the 825Ms were offered in all-black, I'd get them in a heartbeat. Could always have them powder coated I suppose.

I really like the double spoke styles you see in the Enkei Raijins or BMW 163 wheels, which would be cheaper overall including a good set of winters, but I can't find those in the fitments the G82 (edit) seems to have.

Do I read correctly that the 829 winter wheels are 9" front 9.5" rear and ET20 for both? Seems weird if the rears are wider since same tire front/rear.

So for now 829M rear wheels square would the best choice for a winter/track usage depending on season

Or 824m front square in 18inch
