No active subscription in MyBMW App?

Hi y'all - Noticed that my M3 competition seems to show no active subscription in the MYBMW app which means I have no remote access at all. Tried deleting app, checked sharing settings in iDrive were fully enabled etc. nothing seems to work. Anyone experienced this issue? Appreciate everyone's help.

had this issue yesterday after picking up my car. call bmw via the car and tell them and they can fix your account. if your using an android their is a bug with Chrome and you must set your android to the default "internet" browser to login for the first time only AFTER bmw assist updates your account. There is no known issue with an iPhone

You need to go in to the settings in the car and accept BMW privacy settings to allow them track the data. It works then. Had the same issue

Made sure the privacy settings were correct. Seems issue is coming from somewhere else.

BMW Assist just opened an IT ticket for me…expected turnaround time 4 days but maybe more with holiday weekend. Not holding my breath for a resolution. I feel remote software update may be what broke something.

I've been dealing with this exact issue since April. Don't get your hopes up that its an easy fix. As of yesterday, I called again because no one has called me back yet, and explained the whole thing all over again to a new person. Their conclusion was that I need to buy the right package to get these features so they gave me a 30 day trial

I've had 3 open tickets with them. Turn around time for each was quoted as 7-10 business days. Each time nobody reached out to update me, I would call 2-3 weeks later and the new person would just open another ticket. I've come to learn that "open an IT ticket" means "I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas, please call someone else"

Yeah I have my break-in service coming up so that will be the likely resolution if this stalls. Btw reading the last app reviews seems quite a lot are having this issue and BMW responds to them so one other area to make things known.

Yeah, I’ve left a 1 star review and have responded to 4 surveys BMW has sent. 0 out of 10 would recommend BMW and I’ve provided a lengthy response outlining exactly why I gave that score.

Seems you are way ahead of me in your complaining journey! Just tried removing vehicle as a whole from the app will try re-synching in the morning when I'm back in the car…guessing you probably tried that but figured I'd give it a try!

Not sure if IT ticket was successful but all came back to life a few hours ago without having to make any adjustments on my end.
