How much of a delay is PDC?

I have an allocation for an October build. How much of a delay does PDC add?

Are you referring PCD (Performance Center Delivery) or VDC (Vehicle Distribution Center).

Yeah its a month at most. My F90 arrived into port about a week or two ago and I am scheduled for 8/1, I heard they were more like 8 weeks but I had time to burn so didnt mind the wait, its a pretty sweet experience also.

No, my good friend’s G80 got in on the 9th and cleared the stop sale on the 11th of June and the earliest date he was offered was July 19th. He ended up having the car shipped to the dealer and took delivery last Friday.

I’d say it’s usually about a month max, from previous experiences. Currently the wait is a bit longer, but that could be resolved by October.

For perspective, my car arrived in Brunswick 6/2. I did have the MP HAS installed though, but the earliest date I was offered was July 27th.

Delivery will be scheduled between Monday and Friday excluding national holidays.

Side note, how do you like the MP HAS? Ride quality good? That front wheel gap is killing me.

Mine landed on 6/5 and picked up at PDC 6/30. I wanted a Friday so that may have delayed it a little. Was on the Apollon Highway.

Anyone know how long PCD will “hold” your car after arrival? We have a lot of trips in fall and I’m worried if I do PCD, the timing may be terrible for us to pickup and drive back to chicago. I loved PCD on our X1, and would love to drive the blue ridge parkway in our G80 M3, but maybe it’s not meant to be…

They don't hold cars. You get a date and if you can't make that, you *may* get offered another, but recently they've been telling people to take it or leave it. If you leave it, it gets redirected to the dealer.
