Probably a stupid queasrion.. Can a person purchase an unlocked ECU and then sell their stock one? Or is there a swap system like pure turbo cores?

the only way to use an ECU that came from another car is to send it along with your original and have it cloned, so no you cannot do that.

My payment goes in tomorrow morning.

The only problem I’ve had so far was not seeing the Download Invoice button on the Femto website, which is where I could find their bank wire info.

DHL pickup scheduled for Monday.

DHL shipping price is now close to $400.
Use PROMO CODE = CHAT40 for 40% off.
If that doesn’t work use INDYCAR for 35%.
That got me down to just under $300.

Strange, from Dever Colorado last week, it costed me 240$ but all comes down to size of the box.
So it may be confusing for you all why prices varry….

I cut a box a few inches shorter, and it dropped the DHL price $100 from Phoenix. Definitely try to go as small as possible with room for some padding.

Thanks all! I didn’t know the exact DME size so I guess my box could be smaller. Oh well… Tuned in a week is worth the agg.

Luckily DHL only charged me $171 since I used the smaller box.

Used Euroklasse's Femto service who provided me all the paperwork. Only odd thing I guess was it's addressed to an Anastasia and the company name wasn't Femto other than their email.

Update:
Seems like it was only held in customs for about 20 hours. Shows delivered Monday morning their time. Now to just wait I guess for them to send it back.

What did you have to provide?

My ECM was picked up on a Tuesday morning and was back in the car the next Monday evening. 6 days to finland and back including sitting in Cincinatti for a day, not too bad.

Ended up not having to provide anything. I guess it just ended up resolving itself or from Femto.

They are just from time to time having capacity constrains. My DMe was kept 2 days in Finland and 4 days back in US! No issue with documents they just were short of staff and I would assume other process issues…. After escalation on a 4th day I had priority delivery same day within lile 3h. But al this scared me what the hack is happening.

Time to escalate. I know DHL is using different compony but they still track it all. If you used DHL they have this digital system, platform. Create your account and go to the chat… and ask for connection with a human. Start escalation path to prioritized your shipment. Sorry to hear that… be positive 🙏

Can you post the screen shot from the DHL status history ? I can them compere to what I have seen.

Just got a notification that I need to purchase a second unlock.... but I am unsure what to select?

What is the correct process for unlocking and cloning? Anyone have insight?
