Every year that BMW NA renewed the program, I was surprised. And I was there at the inception. These days most buyers take some other offer from BMW or military ID which precludes them from getting the CCA Loyalty rebate anyway.

And, if it weren't already obvious, it isn't the Club's money you're getting in your rebate. It comes from BMW NA. BMWCCA just administers the program for BMW NA, a compromise the Club offered years ago when BMW NA wanted to discontinue the program because our members made it such a hassle for them. I remember getting a letter from a member complaining that his rebate on a 5-series was denied because his membership had lapsed and this was the last car he would ever buy because his cancer diagnosis said he had only six-months to live. (At least that's what he said.)

If that were my prognosis, I doubt I'd be spending two-seconds composing a letter for a $500 rebate on a car I'd already bought. Life is what happens while you're doing something else.

I agree with the above. I have been a BMWCCA member for over 20 years and have never qualified for a rebate. I have always gotten some type of incentive from BMWNA that disqualified me for the BMWCCA rebate.

.
This is not correct, you can get the BMWCCA rebate when you use domestic military incentive. It is only the corporate incentive that precludes you from getting the BMWCCA rebate.

On my 3rd rebate over the years. All have been super easy. My Most recent one filed 12/30 was accepted and forwarded by BMWCCA on 1/5. Just a waiting game now for BMWNA. (But guess Im glad I filed before January now)
I typically utilize whatever incentives I qualify for (Loyalty,OD incentive code, anything else I can find) and I have never had any rejection issues. Granted I dont ever use Military or Corp incentive as they tend not to play well with other more lucrative promo/incentive combos.

No iX? That's annoying.

When I bought my X7, they didn't have a rebate on that either.

For me, membership has been a bit of a waste.

We have the same thing in Canada but its 2% off MSRP. Lower end models are excluded (X1, X2, 330i, X3 30i, PHEV models...). Max discount is 2k.

$500 😬

My dealer has an $800 conveyance fee so there's that…

I can only hope for some great interest rate when I finally take delivery and finish the paperwork.

Anyone know of any lenders to work with?

BMWNA has been moving the 8 series via flagship money. The drop from $1,500 to $1,000 should be expected. I received thousands of rebates from my life time membership 18 years ago when it as around $800. Appears that the remaining models have stayed the same. I'm not shocked with the change considering dealerships have limited availability. BTW, BMWNA has to pay for the $6.5 million Super Bowl ad with Arnold.

Got my rebate in 05/2021 for my 2021 M2C with no issues. My friend also got his for his 2020 X4M. Took about a month but that's about it.

Aside from the 8 series decrease, have any others changed? To my eye, it doesn't appear so.

BMW NA rebates pre-empting BMW CCA rebate

I didn't realize certain BMW NA rebates pre-empted a BMW CCA rebate.
Reading through the BMW CCA rebate terms and conditions, unless I missed it, I don't see any provisions about this rebate being pre-empted by other rebates. ??

Good to know the 5-series is on the list. I just submitted an order yesterday and have been a BMWCCA member a few years now.

Have always gotten my rebate - fairly easily too. Last year's was the easiest process ever (once I made it past the 6 month waiting period (I had lapsed)). And - this great rebate came after my BMW NA Military Discount, as mentioned earlier.

Great program. Great magazine. Thanks CCA (and I guess, BMW NA)!

Actually they are incentives/programs but look at the exclusions and you will see the Corp info.:

doesn't look like any current/future i-product is on the list. I guess my subscription will end this year.

Never got my rebate from 2019, and they fought me on the phone when I called about it. Kissing my membership goodbye when it expires this year.
