I just picked up my Graphite 335i coupe yesterday . I just did this mod and it looks great. If anyone is thinking of getting them in Graphite they match perfectly!! I will post pics soon.
Thanks again Long! BTW: After using the hair dryer I used an old credit card as well. I started at the bottom and ran the card up carefully. That bumper is very flexible so be careful. It worked perfectly.

Here are mine, installed today.

I tried after 30s and nothing. Left it on for 2 more min and they popped right out. If anyone gets a marker with a little "haze" on it, it's just solvents popping, use a little scratchX to remove it. No biggy. FWIW, the color match is *very good*. Silver/grey is tough to match and I am impressed with how close it is. Definitely an awesome $85 mod. |
