Time from allocation to delivery?

I'm next up on the allocation waiting list for a Base M3 MT, allocation should come next month. That said, how long should I expect to wait from that point until delivery?

I'm on somewhat of a compressed timetable, so I may turn my attention to the X3M if it's going to take a while.

You likely can't afford to be on a compressed timetable these days. I don't know of the official timeframe, but there are all sorts of random delays these days from chip issues to the war in Ukraine causing a few plants in Germany to close for awhile, to ships sinking taking 1000 cars with it. I got a March allocation for an M8 which I thought would be built in March. It was initially scheduled for week of May 28th and now pushed back to June 22nd.

No one can really estimate a timeline in the current market.

It might take anywhere between 4 to 6 months after your receive the allocation as every build might go through a different issue. Also it can take weeks or months even to get an allocation as all dealers dont get an allocation every month.

allocation for my m3 mt came up on dec 28 last year and i’m still at port in germany waiting for a boat. build date of feb 18. you’d probably be looking at 6 months at this current rate things are going.

Like others have said expect it to be a while. I'd say absolute best case right now would be about 4 months to delivery. If you already had an allocation locked maybe I could see 3 months as long as no delays and nothing individual.

I got my allocation just before Thanksgiving, I'll be lucky to have it by the middle of April.

Individual Paint or Carbon Buckets

Both are known to delay the builds by anywhere from 1.5-2.5 months.

My CA was pretty optimistic on a 3-4 month delivery.

Got my allocation at the end of January, was week 8 now 16, I currently have a X3M can't wait for the M3 I'm not a fan of the suv package.

g82? g80 carbon buckets are causing delays. i think g82 is not having the same issues with their carbon buckets

g82? g80 carbon buckets are causing delays. i think g82 is not having the same issues with their carbon buckets

G82 - what's the difference in the buckets ?
