I like how the OP says he is striking it OFF his list, i.e. removing, and everyone else is like "looks great." I am no way a hater of the new car, but it still hasn't fully grown on my yet (no matter the color) compared to previous generations.

The G80 looks so much better than the G82, difference is night & day. I'm definitely a coupe man but you'd have to take the M3 every time.

Looks great. It appears the car has snow tires installed. Perhaps these are just a. Winter wheel and tire package. Thanks for sharing. Tanzanite is an awesome color!

I wholeheartedly disagree While black versus silver/chrome has become the industry's widespread standard to tell apart sport from luxury and while it does make sense esthetically, it hasn't always been the case, especially with BMW given that M's were actually wearing more chrome than regular models not so long ago (exhaust tips, side gills...).
Even now that gloss black is becoming the normal trim on the latest M's because of the high take rate of the Competition versions, the cars still look great wth chrome exhaust tips and badging so long as these are contrasting against a dark body paint such as TB II. A wonderful sport-chic combination. All-black tips and badging against a dark paint unfortunately have the same 'invisible'/underwhelming effect as all-black wheels against a dark paint Exactly, the wheels here need to be at least partially silver to match the tips and badging Last edited by advantage20; 12-21-2020 at 03:32 AM.. |

I posted a picture of a portimao blue on another thread because I saw it and wanted to share it with the community. Doesn't mean i would ever consider the color, it just means I thought the community as a whole would benefit from it.
