So I attempted to place my kids' car booster seats in the back seat for the first time, and it's nearly impossible to buckle their seats belts. Not just for them to do it, but for me! The receptacle is recessed and the booster sits nearly on top of it, which interferes with the buckle as it angles inwards.

In my F80 and G01 I was able to buy 3" rigid extensions from SEAT BELT EXTENDERS DOT COM, but they don't have anything for the G80. Much to my amazement, it seems like no one does. How is this possible given the G20 has been out since 2019 and presumably has the same hardware?

Has anyone found anything that works? Thanks!

Did you find a solution? I am having the same issue in my F80. Was it safe using the extender with a booster seat and which one do you recommend? Why will the extender from the f80 not work in the g80? Isn't the seatbelt the same?

Just realized this last week. Hopefully there is a solution or recommend booster for easier access to the belt.

For what it's worth I spoke to someone at seatbeltextenderpros.com and they told me there is no extender for the G80 rear seat (window side) design. Not sure why.

I agree it's a real PIA. Part of the reason i got the M3 over more fun options was the ability to fit car seats in a pinch. I fit my toddler's LATCH seat on one side no problem, but the booster seats are impossible for anyone sitting in the seat.
