i can get the frustration of long time enthusiasts.. we are basically entering december with zero driving impression of the final car while they have been on production lines for a month now.
also for how good the powertrain is, esp in midst of a rumored PHEV 4 cylinder "C63e" incoming, I don't get either why they are not hammering home the technical details about the car. Were they doing much for X3M launch? I don't recall seeing many materials initially either, the fanfare on the S58 really started when instrumented tests and comparison videos came out hopefully we get some real articles and videos soon. Well connected european based youtubers like schmee and mr. amg should get their go soon...

What this marketing campaign says: this car wasn't made for you. It was made for the 21 year old TikTok star that lives in an LA mansion with 4 roommates and drinks themselves into a coma on the weekend while cashing sponsorship checks.

Instead of a balanced approach the agency went for the "hippest" and "trendiest" extremes |
