Looking for some advice. Was planning on getting my car shipped to me and had the shipper set up for a while now. But he keeps pushing the times back after initially telling me he’d be able to have it within about a day of giving him the go ahead to go and pick it up. It’s now been six days and I’m thinking about just flying out to pick it up myself and drive it back as I’m tired of waiting lol. I know I’m showing no patience here but could easily get a flight tomorrow morning and just be done with the whole thing. I’d be driving the car from Louisville to Florida in one straight trip. I’d wrap the front end in painters tape for the drive and it’s scheduled for PPF on Monday for context. Any insight is much appreciated!

Didn’t quite do the tail of the dragon but had some great driving on interstate 40 through the Smoky Mountains, but nothing super tight and technical. Still can’t believe how composed the car is through some of the sweepers at 80-90 miles an hour. Got traffic in North Carolina and I have to say it’s a blessing this thing has a hill start assist. Got a little worried as I don’t have much experience with some of the major inclines since I’ve lived in Florida my whole life lol but this thing made it super easy. Was a little concerned I wouldn’t like it as much as my previous A90 Supra since it’s so much bigger but the car really shrinks around you. Drives 1000 times better than that car and is certainly a way better highway cruiser. Overall I’m glad the shipping didn’t work out and I got to take the trip. Only 380 miles left in the break in!

Thanks! I should have some more tomorrow after I wash it in the morning. But this dirty pic should suffice until then lol. Can’t wait for paint correction and ceramic on Monday since it seems like the dealer did a really rough job on the car. Wish I would’ve asked them not to detail it after seeing the swirls in the paint already but it’ll be all good once it’s done Wednesday
