Well that's super optimistic to see. If you had those parts installed and stops cleared within 24 hours of hitting port, then it at least shows they have part inventory of some type and are already processing vehicles through the VPC. I'll take hope

Just checked my tool and both still open smh. Car is sitting 30 minutes away with no one to drive it .

SA just texted me, showing work order started today for mine...fingers crossed. FYI, shows arrival at the vpc yesterday, so apparently right through customs for us. Also shows assigned to a carrier already.....for what its worth.

Just open or closed. Your Sa or genius can see if the work order has actually been started.
