Anyone from southwest Ohio? (Dayton, Cincinnati or even Columbus?)

I ended up going with Dayton Detailing. I liked the smaller business aspect and the owner, Chris, obviously loves what he is doing. The ceramic will probably be done tomorrow and then he has a pro photo shoot and video being done on Saturday when it’s nicer out. Can’t wait to finally see it done.

That actually isn’t me since I still have my SC temp plates. I heard from a co worker that he ran into one just like mine and it looks like you did too! Same exterior spec as mine, well can’t see the brakes but at least really close!

I actually crossed paths today with this IOMG, not sure if he is on here, but it was a semi surreal moment just because it was the exact exterior spec minus laser lights 😂. Only one I’ve seen in Dayton outside of cars and coffee and we are like twins…

I’m in the Columbus area and currently awaiting my M3 allocation from Kelly BMW. My order is currently Portimao with Silverstone but I’m also looking at IOMG and SPY. Would love to see these in person if anyone is local. Also requested to join the Ohio M group.

Dayton area here with an IOMG M3CX. Good luck with that wait for allocation! I got lucky with an out of state allocation while still in line at my Dayton area dealers.

I did my suspension install myself, as I have done many in the past. I could do it for you, probably $450.

I talked to both but the wait list was too long. I kept searching around and got a call back from BMW of Toledo with a pretty immediate allocation. I think maybe someone backed out of it. It went into production like 1-2 weeks after I sent them my build. Skyscraper gray on Fiona red 6spd 826m, laser lights, that’s about it.

I’m generally in Vandalia but head to Centerville once a week or so.

Have been as far South as 275 with it. Would love to see another on the road.

I’m torn. I’ve been buying cars from the same SA at Kelly for over 20 years and they have always been great. There is only 1 person ahead of me but I’m worried with only May and June left for 2023 allocations.

Hmm, yea the loyalty is nice but I’ll also say this I was able to negotiate $2K off MSRP at BMW of Toledo as well. Kelly and MAG likely would have stuck to MSRP. Might be worth calling around.

The dealer that I ended up getting an allocation with ended up being way down in South Carolina. It was a nice little road trip to pick it up. I did not do PCD because I didn’t want to deal with anymore delays after all the ones I was already dealing with. I took my car to BMW Cincinnati North for the break in service, but might take it to Voss near me for services down the road for convenience sake.

Killed me to let it sit in the garage a week without driving it lol. I took it to Obsess Worldwide in Dayton. They did my cousin bossyrassiM4 and my biz partner who just got his voodoo G80 in as well, so they got a trifecta deal.
