The factory has been recommending only to use thermal paste adhesive, not thermal tape.
I did my research and thermal paste adhesive do have higher temp range than tape.
So, that's what I use for the kit that I sells and when I do installation.
I've done a few installation already, yellow only and RGB version.

It should be permanently Yellow like all other Distributors .
I would love to get a Set which Acts exactly as the csl Lights . So they are white as day Running lights and Switch to Yellow as Soon as you Switch on the Lasers …..
Coding should be no Problem .
Maybe any vendor will Produce them in near Future

I do have the RGB version where you can control it with app to switch between colors like what shown on my IG reel on my previous post.

I did it this weekend. Took almost 2 hours. DEFINATELY remove the wheels. And you MUST have one of these tools to get to the T20 torx bolt out for the Mains. Really makes a difference.

That's what I said too. They sell no name oem replacements (white only) which DO come pre assembled with the heat sinks. Why cant we get them with the heat sink in yellow and rgb? Im holding out for gen 2 lol.

The heat sinks are like $70 a pair, does it make sense to spend that on something that's only $300? I don't know.

What you can do just like me, to buy a replica set with heatsinks, then remove the boards on them and put your yellow boards in and replace the OEM DRLs in the car.

Then you have fully spare OEM DRLs and put back whenever needed. No chance to damage / destroy OEM DRLs.

A few bucks for a piece of mind.

The chips are EASILY removed with a rubber mallet and fresh razor blade. I placed them back into the excellent boxing from IND for protection should I ever want to switch back.

And yes the offset 1/4" drive rachet is what was used for the torx.

IND-Distribution Just installed today! I couldn't be happier with the results. The 1/4" offset to get the torx in that tight spot is such a time saver

I received this LED kit from iND and will install it shortly. Videos show it to be fairly simple after wheel removal but will let you know how it goes.
