Blackvue 970X LTE - Blurry video after installation

I recently purchased Blackvue 970X-2CH LTE dashcam from blackboxmycar and got it delivered yesterday. I installed in my G82 today and the video appears to be extremely blurry and out of focus for both front and rear cameras. It is no way near 4K for front and FHD for the rear. The cloud functionality, live view and parking mode are working fine. The firmware is up to date. I have already removed the plastic film. The quality is so bad the I can't see any sign boards or plates with clarity.

I have shared the video link. I am going to talk to the support team at blackboxmycar on Monday but has anyone experienced this issue with blackvue cameras?

Following, as I have the same set-up. My video seems ok though, when downloaded. phone view is pretty poor. My question is if you also get a 'Battery Management' yellow icon, if your car does not get driven for a day or so.

It's the same quality for downloaded one as well. I am using the Blackvue battery pack to power the camera so not getting any battery management errors.

I placed the battery pack in trunk and connected it to the 12 V in the trunk. I did not hardwired the battery pack with fuse box.

My install. You can see the fuse tap in one of the pics.
