Car looks fab! What trunklid spoiler and front lip is that? Did you go with MSS Extra low HAS or standard one?

Thanks

How’s livability of the 21” rear? I’m tempted to do 21” for one of my sets but hesitant out of concern for general comfort, potholes, etc.

Just more pics of the car to show off for fitment/wheels.

Variant Wheels
20x10 et12
20x11 et14

285/30, 305/30

Advan Apex V601 Tires (highly recommend these, been really nice to have)

Probably switching to Cup2 Connects or Goodyear Eagle Supercar 3’s next year for something more aggressive.

Im looking a set of Vossen HF 5
The fronts are 20 x 9.5 ET 16
The rears are 20 x 11 ET 35

I just want a direct fitment no rubbing on a stock suspension

Got my CSL last Friday and shopping for wheels

OEM CSL
FRONT: 19" x 9.5" ET20
REAR: 20" x 10.5" ET20

OPTION 1 match OEM size with more aggressive offset
FRONT: BBS FI-R Evo 19" x 9.5" ET15
REAR: BBS FI-R Evo 20" x 10.5" ET15

OPTION 2 square setup with FI-R Evo
BBS FI-R Evo 20" x 10.5" ET15

OPTION 3 square setup with RI-D
BBS RI-D 20" x 10" ET19

All 3 options I'd be able to stick with CUP 2R or go with PS 4S for better daily or weekend casual driving experience; all 3 options should clear CCB no problem!?

Really wanted to go with 19" square setup but wheels that I'm looking for has very limited sizing available.

What'd you guys go with? Any 19" x 10.5" BBS lightweight wheels with right offset that I may have missed? (not interested going for custom wheels like HRE or similar)

Thank you.

** I have BBS FI RKP fitment wheels on my E92 M3 and fall in love with that simple design and just how light it is.

825M Orbit Grey

I have an M3 Touring on the way and would love to get a set of 1000M wheels. Where would be the best place to sell the Orbit grey 825M wheels that the car is coming with and does anyone know what they would be worth if unused?

Have you reached out Vossen for advice? They seem to have a few sweet looking M4's on their website.

I feel like every few posts, we need to remind that the xDrive cant take the same wheels as the RWD.

305s will never fit on the back of an xDrive, because you can't go over 285 in the front without rubbing, and 285/305 is too far of a variance to keep the overall max diameter at 1% between the two.

Just trying to save the xDrive guys a headache, an xDrive system light, which also puts the car into limp mode, and you're stuck getting the car towed.

I don't see anyone running a 295 in the front, so, it may not fix due to rubbing the fender liners.

Now, with a 285 up front, you can probably go to 305 safely. Because, like the pic Im posted, you can get a 1.1% ratio. That's the upper limit of allowable. 1.0% is theoretically the recommended limit. Below limit see "Diameter percentage."

Edelweiss, and a few other wheel brands are selling their approved wheel sets which go 1.1%, without issues, but, I wouldn't go anymore than that.

The first 2 295s fit diameter front and rear, but the 295 may rub the fender. So, 285 front is probably all you can go.

No, this is a bad setup. 9.5 is a 275 tire, 11 is a 295. You're way off on tire sizing on this one. 9.5 is a 275 tire. 11 is a 295 tire. 1.4% is more than I would suggest. This may trigger an xDrive light. Both of these scenarios are way out.

Just trying to save you from a possible issue. How often can you buy a set of wheels and tires, install them, put 10-20 miles on them, and return them for a full refund? You're stuck with them.
