It's held on with tiny plastic clips. Apart from that, I don't know as I can't even find a replacement part online.

It looks like the function is to keep debris away from the exposed cooler facing towards the road.

Ah ok - hope you can fix it without too much issue.

Installed the BMS clutch stop yesterday. For $10 it's a simple decision to at least try. I think it does help but will give it a few days to see if it's a must have.

That looks great. Does the tint make the rearview mirror dim because of the auto dimming?

Around sunset the rearview mirror and side mirror dimmed with the sun at my back, i have not driven in the dark yet with just headlights so will have to check.

I also just did the same this weekend. I think it's an improvement but now I have to get used to the new clutch motion again. Overall I think I recommend this change.

I fully detailed the interior including the leather. After I did the seats which I have the orange interior it made the orange much richer looking. I thought the seats were quite dry coming from factory so this helped soften them up nicely! Nothing like a nicely detailed interior to look at while your driving.

The Jeep and your M4 look to almost have the same shade of blue. How close were they in color in real life?

Tint looks good btw.

Thanks, it does and good question. I remember noticing it, but was so focused on making sure they did a good job on the tint that I didn't look that closely. Found a big white spec in the middle of the right rear window and they had to redo that window.

Thanks for saying what percent you used on the tint as some don't list that and it's nice to know for reference. I think I'm going 35% as well as was going to go 20% but I have IOMG and think it might be too dark. I think I may go 20% in the back window but sides will go 35%. Yours looks nice and thanks for sharing.

Thanks. Although tint pics are hard as the same tint % can look different in different lights. They said people often do darker in the back, but I like the uniform look of the same tint all around. I feel like 35% is enough to give it a nice look without being too dark. Tasteful if you will.

Biggest issue I had with another car was parking enforcement in Minneapolis. If you park in metered city parking, you will get a ticket for no front plate every time. If I rarely parked in metered parking, I would take my chances getting pulled over for no front plate (which never happens).

I put one in and it set the range of movement to what the stock should be IMO. Note to anyone that installs one, make sure you take your time twisting it on - it will bend/break if you Lenny it

I do agree with you, my dad's buddy was (retired) a state trooper, and he said over 90% of his DWI and drug busting were not based off how the driver drove but an excuse to stop any car possible (like roulette), tint, missing plate, broken taillight, etc. at late evening on the weekends - and he was one of the cops got the highest rate of giving out DWI tickets and ALWAYS met his quota and more. He said the chances of people drink and drive over the limit on the weekends were high and often they could drive well under the influence - he added, people who did not maintain their cars could tell a lot about their lives and people who tint their windows (too) dark often had an "agenda"
And to prove it, when I had my E46 in PY and tinted windows, I get stop for no reason almost every other week, but when I had my Porsche, clean, not a single stop in 4 years.

Installed some eBay door puddle lights. Surprised they turned out so good for $10. I would link what I bought but the listing is gone.
