Looks okay but does not inspire me to want to own one....

The G82 is a doozy, much prefer the G80.

This is not a bitch, but I am still finding it hard to get behind the new design of this car. Its not just the front...its just a bit too busy for me design-wise which downgrades the design in my mind. Its not just this car (the M3 or M4) but the overall design template of all new series of late is just not fantastic. TBH I am 40% wanting to go G82 but 60% saying if I am not totally in love then why spend.

I've waffled between M5 (cant go that big BUT performance is fantastic!) and the M8 (for the cost there are better options and cant stand rear end) but again I am afraid I might not be able to pull the trigger on any BMW until they win me back design-wise. Was really hoping to transition to the G82 but thinking the new 992 GT3 is probably right for me potentially even if its not a like-for-like comparable across all aspects.

Anyone else having a difficult time ?

Waiting to see a Tanzanite Blue.

This is a gorgeous combination though. Simply stunning. The best looking M4 for sure. I do prefer the M3 for personal reasons, and I frankly thought that in this generation the M3 looks better overall, but this photoshoot is amazing.

Congratulations on the color choice. The seats are amazing...

First time I've ever seen the M4 and been like "ok that looks cool."

I've come to the conclusion that I'd get over the grill if the G82/80 was sized between an e46 and e92 with a weight closer to the e46 obviously.

It's too big and heavy now, I used to make fun of GT cars.

Precise reason I've slammed and added a diffusor within a week of purchasing both of my F82s hah.

Beautiful car, looks rather special.
The way frozen colors sharpens the lines really works well with the G82.

Frozen grey paint would likely look even better in this type of pro level photos.

Nice photos, still think M3 wins this time. Too bad it's still M5 heavy without a V8 and Xdrive... and coupled with an engine pumping out lots of Co2 emissions it makes this car 140k € without carbon seats here. It's amazing how backward this car is ... we always had cleaner engines till this gen and M cars striving to be light... now the carbon pieces are mostly for show vs function. I think they obviously are saving the weight saving mesures for a later version...

These new M's are going to look so aggressive modded. I can't wait to see one lowered on aftermarket wheels with a front lip.

This is my biggest gripe: the seemingly lack of weight savings measures on the base car; only to save it for later versions like the CS [and possible CSL]. Instead of giving us a lighter car out of the box, I feel they want to go, "Look at how much weight we saved on this CS model!" just for the headlines.

They added so much optional CF pieces yet they are all cosmetic and not really meant to save weight.

Correct. Also, I think the "The M4" plate needs to be left on. The Altezza lights will definitely throw some people off.

That’s the largest reason to why I prefer the M3 lol. It looks way too big!

Apart from that and the frozen colour it looks awesome! Especially the interior!

Yep, it is...hard to see on the pic, but I've seen the car in person and the cam is integrated in the lower part of the roundel
