Style 825M wheel in black?

I have seen it on various G80's on the internet, but I have not seen it on any configurators?

I would prefer this wheel in black or even gray without the painted white pinstripe. Anyone have any info on this wheel for the future? Will it be offered in black?

From what I've read elsewhere, the black version you may have seen is on pre-production cars only and will not be offered (yet).

Also I'm not sure what "white pinstripe" you mean, the lighter sections on the wheel are metal (or at least metal colour paint) similar to the 437M on the current M3/M4 with the black & silver sections.

The orbit grey 825 has what looks like a white pinstripe on the outer lip of the wheel. I wish it was all grey.

I think that is a machined raw metal edge.

Regarding the 825M wheels i talked with my dealer who then asked BMW in Munich directly.
As in this thread said these are pre production wheels which haven't been "polished" yet. Maybe they will offer them at some point...
By the way:
This metal edge is exactly WHAT I like on the orbit grey ones

825M grey has a white pinstripe...I ordered it, but I'm not sure if I like it.

I am not a fan of the pinstripe look metal or painted, but I like the wheel, I think you might be able to paint that portion, but I wish it was all OG.

Wheel design is like color, it comes down to personal preference.
