The BMWs will unload at Sparrows Point no matter what. That's where the BMW VPC is. If the channel is clear, they'll be able to get to the inner ports for VWAG/Porsche deliveries. Mercedes may be in a tough spot, as their VPC is at Hawkins Point, just barely inside the south end of the collapse.

It the big piture however the human cost to anyone hurt or killed out ways car shippments. I would assumse the 1000's working in this area for the port are also going to see mass furloughs with no shipping to handle for what could be months. We shall see but I think we wont know for weeks.

Mine is also a Donington. I’m also from Chicago. The dealership texted me that i can take delivey of my car on saturday.

They think we have it in less than a week? Seems like it would take longer than 4 days to get to dealer even if it docks tonight. But man i hope!

When did it update to in transit, are you getting all that info from the dealer or genius ?

Mine went to in transit last night and dealer and genius confim car should be in Chicago tonight or tomorrow AM.

It might not actually be at port. Mine was on donnington too and it still was showing at the port once it had arrived to the dealer Friday. I took delivery Friday so yours is probably in transit. Probably you’ll get it tomorrow.

Man I hope so, last few days of the journey feels like months!! My SA told me the truck has to be full for my route. They won’t just deliver few at a time

Mine came in on the donnington as well. BMW Genius said it was scheduled to be on a truck the 12th for Ohio. As of today still waiting to be picked up.
