Does a list exist of what these status numbers mean?

Dealer told me today it could be up to 6 months for an allocation....Oh well, at least I'm in line and going to get the car I want with everything I wanted on it.

find another dealer... shop around. 6 months just to get an allocation is long.

Shop anywhere and do PCD....If you aren't aware of this option.

My 440CV is on order from them. They initially told me it could be a couple of months to get an allocation, but turned out to only be a couple of weeks...but I know the M3/4 situation is a bit different.

I'm fairly certain it's going to be 4-6 months minimum before I get my M3 Comp. Personally, I'm ok with this; I still have 2+ years left on my M340i lease, and I'm putting down a fairly hefty down payment to equalize it. 6 months or more would be fabulous as it would give me more than enough time to recoup my financial mismanagement.

Any recommendations for dealers to contact in SoCal? Going to send out a build sheet for a base M3 tomorrow. I've ruled out Crevier, Sterling, and Encinitas who wanted $20k, $15k, and $10k over MSRP respectively for soon to be delivered cars. Thinking San Diego, Escondido, El Cajon, Murrieta, Long Beach, Irvine, and maybe Riverside and Ontario. Any others that should be on the list?

Irvine and LB asking for $10K over. San Diego and Murrieta have lists 10 deep and combined only had 1 allocation since November. I've been buying cars in SoCal for the last 25 years, I've never seen anything like this…

Valencia BMW and Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks are both at MSRP, they've been getting allocations at a rate of two & one per month respectively based on what I was told. I can give you the names of the CAs I worked with if you're interested.

Yep. Century. They are telling me up to 6 months for an allocation; I hope this is not the case.

So does 111 mean you've got an allocation?

Are Money Factors set by BMW? Are they negotiable? Just curious.

Any recommended dealers on the east coast (NY, NJ, PA) willing to sell MSRP? Interested in putting in an order. Not too worried about the wait.
