Nothing here. 45 days in QC and counting. How optimistic are y'all that we will see movement this week? I figured whatever chips bmw has been waiting on would have been manufactured and delivered over the holiday break but who knows.

M4XC - every option but CCB
Entered QC on 11/9 Car stopped showing "Track Vehicle" as an option 12/17 and now is in MyGarage without any tracking details. Dealer still can track it. Recall shows both RAM issues still open. |

Posted on another thread but I recently got out of QC after being in there for nearly 3 months. They are starting to move cars just might be another week or so. Hang on everyone.

I read on here somewhere that a dealer told the customer that it could be another 3 months. That bothered me...

Dealers don’t know shit literally they are useless. It was a good sign for others when I got out of QC. Shouldn’t be long now.

I also made it out of QC and now at Port. But this process is so random, so who knows what is going on. I could end up stuck at Port or stuck at VDC for god knows how long. Someone posted about QC cars getting the leftover central display units and the cars getting them being selected randomly. That sounds about right to me. Hopefully you all see some movement and we can all get on with our COVID cars.

I received a call from BMW NA in response to my email to the CEO. Unfortunately I didn’t take the call and was left a voicemail from customer service. I returned the call and had to leave a message. The voicemail I got basically said “ this is in response to your email sent to the executive offices regarding your M4 being in QC since 11/8. Unfortunately we do not have any additional information but I would be happy to talk to you.”
Same old thing they have nothing to tell us. I will try to speak to person but I’m not going to get any answers based on the above. |

I'm happy that people are finally seeing some light at the end of this long tunnel, but I'm still angry that there's no rhyme or reason for it, and no answers from BMW.

No. And I'm about to order another one (same spec) for mid-February build. I'll end up with whichever one gets here sooner, which most likely means May.
