What are you guys finding are the best M2 settings for quarter mile runs?
Traction off 4WD or 4WD sport? Sports or Sports plus? I’m hoping to get my break in service this week and hit the track this weekend. (Stock 2024 M4 X-drive) Thanks!

You have my curiosity. 10.3 on Full 93??
That sounds...like it was downhill But seriously, I'm on the fence between flash and JB4. I love JB4, have had several and if I can get 10.3 or even 10.5 on full 93, I'd go JB4 in a heartbeat. |

So I had my break in service done today in my 2024 M4 Comp X-drive and did a couple of 0-60 runs using Dragy.
The first was sports plus, S3, TCS off and using launch control. Unfortunately it was just invalid (-1.4%) and spun slightly on the launch. The second run I did right afterwards to compare with the car in my “regular driving mode”. Sports, D3, MDM, foot braking and then flooring it. It short shifted first and the shifts were slower but it was definitely a quicker sixty foot and 0-30mph was also faster. (Likely due to more heat in the tires) This run was valid…I started literally 20 feet past where I started last time) Car had a completely full tank of Shell 93 octane and I weigh in at 180pds. No passengers. I was really impressed considering it’s on an unprepped surface and the DA wasn’t the greatest.

Hit the track today in my 2024 M4 Comp X-Drive, bone stock, full tank of 93 octane gas.
Very surprised with how well the car did given it was 6-10 degrees C and literally no heat in the tires. Best pass was hotlapped 11.26 122.3mph on a 1.69 sixty foot spinning all four wheels for about 3-5 feet. DA was right around 500ft with a strong cross headwind to start the day. (Ignore the reaction time on the 11.2 pass, I was making sure everything was setup and was also trying to get Dragy to record video…it was erroring out though for some reason…) Ran a couple 11.5’s at 121mph (one spinning, the other launch control didn’t engage and it short shifted first). Finished the day off with an 11.3 at 122mph running 98mph in the 1/8th. Here are couple of slips and pictures…I’m sure I could get this car in the 11.1s playing with tire pressure, running 1/3rd tank and some better track prep / less wind. Looking forward to heading out again in the spring.
