Yup, very same one. The story I got from the dealer is that it arrived end of the previous week and the buyer refused delivery over the weekend and instead rolled the deposit over into an M4 spec. I saw it on their website on Monday evening and went in Tuesday morning to look at it. Barely squeezed in ahead of others. That dealer is pretty aggressive about sales calls tho. I usually get my bimmers from Fairfax BMW, but this was a rare chance to get into an M3 while I wait for the one I ordered from Fairfax.

Is it the IOMG one they had? I stopped by on the 26th and saw it outside. They told me it was already sold and wouldn't let me look inside it. I'm was trying to at least sit inside one before my g83 arrives.

Yup. It's the only one they had. You probably stopped by before the original buyer backed out. I saw it online on the 27th and picked up on the 28th. I think the original buyer changed their mind to the M4 once they saw it around 26th or 27th. At least that's what I gathered from what the CA told me. Weird call on their part, imo. In their shoes I would've taken the car and placed the order for the M4 and just flipped it when it arrived...whenever that would have been. I've had an M3 MT on order with Fairfax since early Feb, and I was getting a Aug/Sept timeline even before the war started, so who knows how long it will be. Once that one arrives I'll make the call on whether to keep this one or flip it for the one I ordered. Just seemed like too good a deal to pass up. Won't lie, I know I got stupid lucky.

Just got her out of storage. Still cold here and gonna get down to 30 tonight but can't take it anymore lol. Salts off the road and it feels like the first time if you know what I mean lol. So stoked to drool and love on her again! I was hoping to have my exhaust installed before I got it out but it hasn't came in yet which I'm super bummed about. Join the crowd on that one I guess.

I filled the Frog with friends and headed to the far north of the Metro for a board game day at another friend's house yesterday. Not a special event, just a normal Sunday with good weather, good friends, and a fun drive. Snapped a few quick pics while grabbing an iced coffee before heading north.

At 14 months, the Frog continues to be the best car that I've owned. She's a good Frog.
