Hardwire Kill Switch for Dashcam - 12V 24V or 11.6v 23.2v
Hey guys,
I've been able to find the videos to remove panels, to access the front fuse box, which fuse spots to tap into, how to run cables, etc. One thing I can't find is voltage settings for cutoff. This may be obvious, but I'm at a loss. I have the VanTrue hardwire kit which includes an in-line box where you can set the voltage protection to either "12V 24V" or "11.6v 23.2v". Will someone please tell me which of these I should have the kill switch set to?

I would set it to 12v, but ideally you would want it a bit higher say 12.4 or so. Odds are the car will complain that something is draining the battery even at the 12v setting, see and find out.

Appreciate it. I'm popping panels back on right now so your timing was great.
