Alpha Exhaust shop M3 - first round of mods - going for big power on stock turbos - Huge Shoutout to Mikey Botti for the tune!

Our goal with this car is to go for the world record for the G8X AWD Platform as we did when the A90 Supra came out and held the record for 9 months straight, stock motor and trans.

-AR Motorworks Custom 18 Inch Wheels
-Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S 305/35/18 all around

-Alpha Single Midpipe to stock exhaust (https://alphaexhaust.com/products/al...g8x-bmw-m3-m4)
-Mishimoto Intake Manifold with Port (ID1050x) (https://alphaexhaust.com/products/mi...g8x-m3-m4-2021)
-Motive Reflex with fuel pressure sensor and flex fuel sensor - We'll be switching to a MaxxECU as we are having way too many issues with the reflex already
-Precision Raceworks AFS 460 LPFP (Walbro 535) (https://alphaexhaust.com/products/pr...ry-fuel-system)

Second round of mods include
-Custom Alpha Turbo Kit with a Precision 7480 next gen
-Pure Trans Stage 3 with built transfer case and billet converter
-Custom High Compression Built Motor by KLM Race

1. Italian RP Custom High Compression Pistons 11.0:1 is the goal but we'll see what we can safely do with the limitations the engine has
2. Italian RP Custom Long Rods with ARP 625+ Hardware
3. Kelford Type C Cams S58 with Kelford Springs and Retainers
4. GSC Intake and Exhaust Valves

-Nitrous Outlet dual stage nitrous kit 50 shot off the line and 200 shot? after maybe bigger we'll see.
-Kelford Cams C Spec - Huge shoutout to Kelford for these!
-Install MaxxECU for boost, nitrous, fuel pump, and port control

I'm not sure on stock turbos, that's not the record we're going for. If it happens on the 30th for our event we are going to then it happens. We'll be pushing the car pretty hard too.

I though GTRs can do 1/4 mile in high and low 7s all day long? 8.7 seconds is kinda slow isn’t it? I remember about 20 years ago Jotech based out of Dallas can do the 1/4 mile in their civic in the 8s.

Sold a long time ago. It was purchased in Nov. 2020 got the record and someone wanted to purchase the car so we sold it.

That is the plan. goal is to take out 500+ lbs. Would like to remove 1000 but we'll see if that's possible.

For the Twins record you gotta look up Bernard (S58NYC). He holds the current record on twins, but his head is built.

Yeah we're skipping upgraded twins completely and just going for the big one, quickets and fastest G80.

That single fuel pump isn’t going to keep up with the demands your gonna need for big power. Definitely gonna need the duel pump setup. Also 1050x will probably be maxed out at 1000whp on E.

We're testing the single pump setup for Preicision Raceworks to see what we can max it out at. We already have plans to add a second pump just in case.

As for the ID1050x it may be enough. We can play with fuel pressure too as the port injection fuel system is completley separate from the stock fuel pump. Stock fuel pump feeds the direct injection and the single walbro feeds the port injection. We're testing that too

I maxed out 1050’s on my built LSA with 22psi. Running duel DW300 in tank and a inline 255. I also have duel meth m15 nozzles. Had to go with 1300’s to not be at 100% duty cycle.
