Excellent spec! I wouldn't mind living in a world where all the cars are gentleman spec Green/Brown.

I really like how Irish Green pops in the sun, I think I'd order it over BRG.

But it’s still weird that the HK system in the i4 is somehow much better. Not sure what they did to improve it in the i4 but it’s definitely a grade higher in quality (better amp?)
The interior volume, shape, amount of glass, and materials in the cabin will have a much larger impact on the sound than any of the amps/speakers (at this level = BW/HK). I’m a huge audiophile and have spent more on a single home system than the price of any M Cars and I typically don’t opt for the higher end systems in modern cars unless there is a huge delta in number of speakers/subs,etc. I agree it’s frustrating because in some cases a particular car interior just doesn’t sound good…(music wise)

It’s cool to see a fellow bodybuilder that appreciates M3s

Is the M3 the ultimate care for bodybuilders? Many people are saying yes

Such a savory color, love it. Funny, I actually had an order in for my second G80 before I bought my Blackwing.. it was going to be Irish Green.

Gorgeous! Pairs so well with the Tartufo interior! Is Irish green a metallic paint?

Congrats!

Man I went back and forth on PPF for a long time... I read a bunch of threads on here about it. I ultimately decided against it because I was worried about seeing lines, worried about potential razor cuts, and it was pretty damn pricey for anything other than partial coverage with lines showing. I usually only keep my cars 2-3 years, with 4 being the longest I've kept one yet. I may regret it when I notice my first rock chip, or may regret not doing it if this car ends up holding my attention for a long time (which it might!).
I know exactly what you're talking about. That razor blade / exacto knife scares me too. A trained professional with lots of experience shouldn't get that close to the paint. I have no edges on mine because they tuck each edge & wrap all corners so it's seamless. I will say that close to my widow trim they got a touc close & scored an area I would've never saw unless I removes that trim piece. No matter what, as long as you don't follow anyone too closely on the HWY, you should be fine.

Your "Here are the many shades of Irish Green" post in an older Irish Green thread inspired me to pull the trigger on this color... thanks!

At the time when i ordered my car (January 2023) there was total 2 Irish green g80 m3s, both in Europe, one with orange interior and one manual with black interior.
The first Irish green g80 in states was the car in Illinois with the black carbon buckets. My car was the second Irish green in states and first one with tartufo interior. Since then another guy from the dealer i got my car ordered same spec RWD and took delivery in December here in California and now you joined the "Irish" family. (Theres also at least one g82 irish green with tartufo interior out in east coast)

I obtained all this information from research i did on sgate (bmw internal system) i checked every individual color order one by one for all 2023s but i only did search for g80s and not g82s or other model years
