Looking for recommendations on which dealer in South Florida has the best service department?

Anyone have any good/great experiences with service departments in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm, etc. that they would recommend?

In terms of service I've had good experiences with Brahman. Everything's been covered under warranty.

I have been dealing with Nelson (assistant manager) there and he has also been excellent.

Same here. Nelson is a good SA. Mod friendly too.

👍. I've had really bad experiences with Land Rover South Dade with my Wife's car. We live in Key West and every time I make an appointment and get reassured by service staff that we'll be in and out in the same day, I arrive to find out that the car won't even be looked at that day.

Also looking for a service staff that's gonna treat the car the way I treat it. With the Land Rover I picked it up once and they had dinged one of the doors scratched up the paint.

This car I had for less than a week and the shop I took it too for tents scratched up the A pillar really badly.

So shopping around for a place that will give it some TLC while it's in the shop and not just beat it up from bay to bay.

Guess it's BMW of Delray for me, it's 31 mins / 24 miles away, I can live with that.

I took mine to Delray once, they didn't have any cars available but no issues with them. I waited in the lobby for it to be finished.

If you need a loaner from them, you need to book your appt way in advance and specify you need one.

Yes, loaner cars are hard to come by these days.

They also have a driver that will give you a ride wherever you need, usually in an new X3 or X5

The last couple times I was there, it was only an hour or two wait, so I walked across Linton and killed time at PGA Superstore (costs me money every time though).

Well Nelson wasn't avail today so with a new guy. Asked me if I wanted the wipers replaced so I said they are find but why not...$130 for wipers? Politely declined after that...I thought they were included ? They use to be for sure.

They stopped including wipers and brakes a few years ago.
