Its just sad that the ambient lighting is so much more dim and subtle than in the modern Mercedes cars.

I actually prefer the BMW ambient lighting. MB looks like a disco/ video game that I personally would find distracting.

Though I do wish that there were more colors to choose from. It’s RGB lighting so not sure why BMW can’t give 32 or 64 color palette.

There are two levels of brightness. I set mine to less bright at night because it was a little distracting otherwise.

Oh no, personally I think dim light is better because if it's too bright, surrounding pedestrians will be dazzled and unable to see the road.
