Just look for guys that have “never driven above 4k RPMs” in their for sale ads and those are the guys with upgraded turbos

No. This is custom tune territory at the moment.

If you're going to spend the money on upgraded turbos, PI is going to be necessary to take full advantage of them, and at that point why leave power on the table with pump gas? May as well get a custom flex tune with PI and call it a day. No need to half ass it.

You probably won’t find anyone on upgraded turbos without Port Injection. Definitely not on an OTS map, custom is the way to go for upgraded turbos and/or PI.

Overall HP to the wheels with turbo and PI with E85 will be 750hp up to 900hp and sub 5 sec 60-130mph.
