RS6 is also 150k, if they kept it simple and only brought x drive comp in it's still going to be under 90-100k given that even the G83 is extra cost due to top engineering still less than 90k, my opinion anyways. At this proposed price I think they are foolish not to bring this stateside.

Hmm I don’t get it im afraid guys. I can freely buy one here in the UK but I’d go M4 coupe all day long and twice on Sundays.
I’d rather have an X3M comp for my wife/family over this??

BMWNA knows what they are doing, this would not sell well here in the US and would simply take away from BMW SAV's market share.

I would buy one right now.
BMW needs to reconsider their decision. I am sure I am not the only one. If not I might look into how I could import one here legally and not have to wait the 25 years or what not |

They tried to sell the 3 GT and the 5 GT and they won't even try and sell this? Anyways, I'm saving lots of money as a result of BMW's decision.

I can see how BMW is gun shy about bringing new cars to the US market. With the current climate, it's hard to predict what's going to happen in six months let alone the entire product life cycle.

I'm driving down to Welt this Friday to take a factory tour to see how the G80 and G81 are built so I'll be able to see this.

Chevy Impala station wagon has abdicated its throne in favor of BMW G81.
Phenomenal vehicle which continues to gain more signatures on "please bring it to the US" petition. |
