Specifically for us Canadians as the option is unavailable in the States: did anyone else spec code 1T9 (bicolour 826, track tires) for $750, or are you playing the tire lottery?

I posed the same question in the "M3 / M4 Photos, Videos, Builds" forum but was relegated by the mods to the "Wheels / Tires" forum - so not a peep there, presumably due to effectively zero traffic ...

Perfectly serviceable MP4S if you hit the jackpot, some kind of awful Pirellis if you don't.

Or pay $750 to guarantee the Cup 2s.

I mean, maaaaaybe we know each other in real life from CTMP or somewhere, but more likely than not you're just trolling.

In the unlikely event that it's the former, though, I'm sure the Pirellis are fine on the street and I'll curse the Cups on cold mornings or in the rain, but immediately chunking a set of new tires is an expensive waste. Happened on my E90 before I switched to RE-71, then again on my F80 before I switched to the PS4S. Not keen to do it again.

I did spec mine with Cup2 tires. Now in status 150, wk 10 build (delayed from wk 50). Hopefully no more delays, considering I have individual Colour, bucket seats, laser light. Crossing fingers…
