Wheel and tire on pre-order G80

Sorry, I'm new to this!

My G80 is currently in order received status. Is it possible to have the dealer change out the wheels and tires to the M performance Frozen Gold (20in front/rear)? Can I opt-out and not get run-flat tires?

No m3 comes with runflat tires. The m performance 1000M tires are a port-installed accessory which you can add to your order any time before the car reaches the port. They don’t come in 20/20, they are 20/21.

Don't order wheels as a port-installed option. You'll lose the factory wheels and tires that you already paid for.

If you want the 1000Ms, buy them separately, and yes you can have the dealer install them.

Look at GetBMWParts.com

I ordered a set of 963M wheels and then got tires from TireRack. The dealers generally only mount + balance star-spec tires. I got the All Season 4 tires so I had to get them mounted/balanced on my own (this is my winter + road trip set of wheels).

Thanks for the info! I thought the factory wheels/tires cost will be subtracted. Good to know..probably get aftermarket wheels instead.

I did this exact setup (20's squared) but my dealer gave me the same cost as getbmwparts and also mounted the AS4's for me. Did you get the frozen grey too?
