usually takes 2 days, but the site doesnt update on weekends. so youll probably see it at the port monday, and then itll probably leave the port by the end of the week

They told me to call when i saw it at port for vessel information. I knew that was too good to be true, she said to call back maybe Wednesday and i may get some info on what boat ill be on. Was praying to get on the boat leaving tomorrow but knew that was a long shot haha

someone posted this in week 13 thread. looks like from bremerhaven theres a boat tomorrow but that might be full. we may be on the next boats in early april

It looks like the average wait at port from the early 2024 build weeks is about 1.5 weeks, having scoured all the threads haha. But there are outliers-- a few have gotten on before that and a handful for weeks after.

Just a matter of luck. It seems to he more complicated than first in, first out.

so who the hell knows how long it takes. I spoke to BMW NA on Monday and they told me to call back today and may have my vessel info. I call back today and the lady i spoke to was telling me something completely different. She said maybe 4-6 weeks waiting for a boat in Germany and then another 2 to get here so like 8 more weeks. That seems excessive dont ya think? I am coming to NY port and i see a boat leaving next week i would think that would be our boat but what do i know hahaha

that boat may be full. vehicles get assigned a vessel after they get to the port. and theres not new boats leaving daily. probably giving you a conservative estimate as well

Yeh i completely understand they dont get assigned until at port. I just think two months is overly excessive when i see a lot of boats leaving there to NY over the next month. week 11 cars are on boats so not sure why there would be such a backup. Just seems that you get different info depending whom you speak to. Seems they have no clue either haha

That's funny because I was looking at the older model they had and didn't like the look with the rims. Now it's much better!
