Talked to a sales manager today, a $92k M4 with 1000 miles was listed at $108k at Manheim. He offered $100k, but they wouldn't sell for less than 102k. When I ordered mine in July '21 I effectively bought it at 1000 below sticker- BMW Loyalty rebate and $500 from CCA.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any updates on dealers in the area willing to do MSRP? And, if so, what their waitlists look like currently?
I have currently have 2 NJ dealers willing to do MSRP, but both have waitlists. One of them, BMW of Tenafly, has 8 people and is not an M Certified Dealer. No sense of how many allocations they get per month, and how long it would take to actually get an allocation through them. The other, Paul Miller BMW, has fewer people on their list, but they are also not an M Certified Dealer. They claim they move through their list fairly quickly, but I'm not certain that's true. The downside here is that they will make you purchase a few BS extras ($299 etching theft deterrent, $700 BMW Ultimate Plus Maintenance upgrade, $1,499 Ceramic Coating). The maintenance plan might be of some value, but the ceramic coating I could definitely have it done for about 1/2 that price, and the etching is worthless. So, that is basically the same as a $2,499 markup as far as I'm concerned. Danny at Circle normally would do MSRP. However, because I bought a car from another sales guy, apparently it's their dealer's policy to require me to work with him again instead of Danny, even though Danny is the M Advisor and is supposed to get all M clients. And, of course, the sales manager that the regular sales guy reports into is insisting on a markup, even though I wouldn't have had to pay one if I were never their customer to begin with. Really turning me off from this dealership - truly terrible service and apparently zero regard for goodwill and customer loyalty. |

I'm working with Evan at Princeton BMW. He's pretty knowledgeable, I'd definitely recommend him. When I went back in December they had no waitlist, so I was #1. Ended up getting an allocation in just 1 month at MSRP. Not certain they're still at MSRP, though. They started charging $2500 over on M cars in February, so not sure if they're still doing that.

BMW Ramsey I hear over and over again that they are against selling over MSRP. When I ordered my Circle was MSRP but that was March last year when it was just released. I ordered mine from dealer in Baltimore at 10% off MSRP. That's unheard off now a days though. I would have paid MSRP though but I'm all about getting a deal.

I mean, at least your getting something additionally for the $2.5k, rather just getting the car for $2.5k more. I always talked to Park BMW and they were willing to do MSRP but they didn't have any allocations for a long time. |

Has anyone taken delivery (or received a production number) for their G80 or G80x from Flemington BMW and if so, when?
Despite being 1st in line, I have been awaiting allocation since January. |

My understanding from other posts on the forum is that every US dealer received a Jahre allocation this month. I exchanged emails with the dealer last week when I was looking for a status update. They made no mention of Jahre allocation. I am either being passed up or they didn't receive one. |

Nothing but good things from Circle in Eatontown. Ask for Danny Wong.
But, not sure what the current situation is as I picked mine up in September.

Unfortunately, his hands are tied. Because I worked with another SA back in November to buy my M340i, I'm "tied" to that SA unless I specifically request otherwise. While I've got nothing against that particular SA, when I reached out to him about placing an order for the M3, his manager told him he needed to charge me $5k over MSRP for the ADM. After lots of back and forth, they've agreed to lower it to $3k, but are holding firm. Danny said he'd normally be able to do MSRP, and I could request to work directly with him, but because the sales manager is aware of my inquiry and what they've previously quoted, Danny wouldn't be able to do any better on pricing. It's a really unfortunate situation, and exactly the opposite kind of treatment I'd expect from someone who's looking to be a repeat customer. I've debated trying to escalate this to their upper management, but at this point I don't know that I'll go back regardless of the deal they offer. |
