Thanks! So far the only feature delete I have is the touch idrive controller. No big deal to me as long as that's the only thing that gets removed… I think I've got my spec nailed down:

Solid build. Those buckets are gonna look nasty! I am super disappointed that I didn't grab them. But I grabbed a dealer car before all the build shortages started popping off and didn't really have a choice. Interesting no Idrive controller. I absolutely hate finger prints on my screen. I forget does the CF exterior package include the skirts? I am currently in process of swapping most of my gloss for CF... And it is expensive as a MFer.

I feel that, the buckets have become one of my most anticipated elements of the car…

As far as I'm informed, the iDrive controller is still there and mostly works, just the touch pad on the top of the controller doesn't work. So no drawing out letters with my fingers, or whatever that touch pad is used for lol

And nah, the CF Exterior package only includes the front air inlets, mirrors, and diffuser. It would've been nice if those were included, but still not a bad package for OEM fit and finish.

Chapman must have sold the pre owned frozen white M4 they had listed for $105K. Curious what they got for it...it's not listed on their website

Parking Asst. Package (360 cam is a must forever)
Standard lights w/shadow line (still on the fence here, but I don't like the blue)

I don't think there's anything basic about your spec. Why not go for laser lights though?

I'm probably going to add them on.. There is really little real-life benefit as I never drive at night and the US doesn't allow the actual adaptive laser bits.. However literally this morning I just read an article that the US is now going to allow the lights to work like they do in Europe..

So maybe i'll just add them on. In reality, its a 1k option that is expensive, but the DRLs look better and its not that much money when you're talking a $90k car!

There was a dealer in Scottsdale area asking $99,990 for a $82,000msrp 2021 base M3 with 6 speed, had some aftermarket bits as well, was gone in about a week. I inquired, but was definitely not interested at $17k over msrp. They must have got at least $92-99 for it. Crazy market, makes no sense.

People have so much more cash because of the stock market I guess. I think that's what is driving a lot of these ADM's...I could be wrong.

The semiconductor shortage along with all the supply chain issues are what caused the vehicle shortage. Dealers are getting away with it now because the supply is so low and demand is artificially high.

GM & Ford have both announced that they know which dealers have been charging over MSRP and will be taking punitive action against them. I hope other manufacturers do the same.
