What happened to this OEM M-wheel?

This yellowish colored derivative of the standard M-performance wheel showed up very early when the G8x series was introduced. Was this wheel ever offered or did anybody ever seen it being driven in real life?

Isn’t this a variation of the 763M? It also looks similar to the Richland Forged GT3R version.

No, its actually a variant of the M-Performance wheel 963M.
But funny that nobody ever mentioned it again.

The 963M split-five spokes look bulkier due to their deeper design with lightweighting than the forged 763M. Are the 963M forged? 963M are 0.5” wider with more aggressive offsets than the 763M.

Definitely a copy of this wheel. But as described in the ad, not OEM and aftermarket. So there still should be an original BMW version of it.
