It's not that I didn't like it as much as I was after a different sound.

Truth be told, I fell in love with the near VQ sound of G80_Soom 's G80 M3. He has a Valvetronic single midpipe and so I thought I could achieve the same sound with AA's single midpipe - but I couldn't. In fact, Valvetronic can't even replicate it because the midpipe that Soom has is a 1 of 2 piece that Valvetronic made that has different piping than their production version. I'm now the other person that owns that specific style midpipe.

If you're after a deeper sound with less rasp, AA's midpipe is the way to go as well as Valvetronic 's if you like their sound. Build quality is amazing and fitment issues are non-existent with AA's midpipe.
