I've bought tons of stuff on Ali. Very little risk. What he's saying in a slightly subtle way is the open secret (belief?) that valvetronic sources their parts from China, and you can buy the same pieces directly on Ali yourself.

Generally, you're talking a 4-6 week shipping time
