Idk it looks decent here better than some of the other shots. I think in sunlight it's fine. Lowlight too dark.

Man beautiful color. The premium for this individual color is worth it IMO

So is this more cost than frozen white or portimao blue? Is $4500 the official cost in US?

Did you get the carbon exterior package? If so, it would tie it all together.

Official FROZEN DARK GREY G8x Thread

Hi everyone. This is my first post.

I traded my beautiful 2018 M440 manual xdrive for a 2021 M4 that I picked up on April 16 (after waiting since my Sept 25th order). Minus the carbon roof and carbon seats, I've got it all. I added a 10mm front and a 13mm rear spacer.

I also added PPF to the hood, fenders and front bumper and two coats of ceramic carbon on the deep frozen grey individual colour.

I must say the car is really special but the exhaust quieter than my 440. I will be doing a secondary cat and primary resonator delete by end of May.

That is what I heard. However a few members have thrown out insane figures.

I know a lot of people will get their panties in a twist over this but any cheapest touch-less automatic car wash will work great... Maintaining a frozen color is the easiest, if you get a scratch you just pretend it’s not there! 😁

Here is a before picture (on the pick up day). Post PPF I noticed no difference. It's totally totally invisible and unnoticeable.

Thank you. Which ppf wrap product did you use? Get mine in about a month and trying to finalize my plan.

3M PPF. I can find out the specifics and let you know. Ceramic coat I use 9H (or H9).

To be clear, you ceramic coated the entire car or just the PPF portion?

PPF front bumper and hood and fenders. Ceramic coated entire car including ceramic coat on top of PPF including rims and callipers. Also ceramic coated all the carbon inside.

That's great. I'd love to know the ceramic coating you used. I've heard conflicting views on ceramic coating matte paints. I'd love more info! Thanks
